We all know it's unconstitutional for the feds to be involved in healthcare, but let's not put the cart before the horse here.

We want to see Obamacare completely destroyed first. Then we want a robust debate on healthcare. But we can't introduce free market proposals until people realize how awful Obamacare and gov't run healthcare is. Unfortunately, a lot of people still want some type of gov't intervention in healthcare, especially for seniors and those with real disabilities. I would settle, at the maximum, gov't funding of healthcare for those who are disabled or born with rare illnesses and privatize all the rest (Note: I said gov't funded, not gov't managed or planned).

Jim DeMint has had a plan for years. Can’t get the time of day of it, or the support from many GOPers. But at least they seem to be waking up a bit. But alot more need to put the constitutionalism first and foremost.
