There is no such thing as "humanitarian aid".
ANY aid provided to any government or organization for any purpose, "except for a (supposedly) prohibited purpose", only serves to free other funds that can be shifted to the prohibited purpose.
Another case in point: giving U.N. food aid to "North Korean citizens" only serves to free up existing food stocks to the DPRK military & elites; and frees up money for other purposes that no longer has to be spent on food for the masses.
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS "HUMANITARIAN AID" FOR AN ENEMY!
"Humanitarian aid" is another Liberal lie!
