Fox News host Glenn Beck, who led the charge against Van Jones, the environmental adviser who resigned early this morning following controversy over past radical statements and affiliations, said in a statement to POLITICO that "the American people stood up and demanded answers."
"Instead of providing them, the Administration had Jones resign under cover of darkness," Beck said. "I continue to be amazed by the power of everyday Americans to initiate change in our government through honest questioning, and judging by the other radicals in the administration, I expect that questioning to continue for the foreseeable future."

Breitbart has an awesome article up at the Washington Times. Awesome. He calls out the MSM and mentions two other unreported studies, Acorn and the NEA stuff, was on Beck last week. Breitbart kept the Jones videos flowing at breitbart.come. I have come to like him, watching on redeye, he is pretty funny.

That’s why I became an activist. My oath didn’t stop when I took off the uniform. For all of you who didn’t wear a uniform, it doesn’t mean that you are not tasked. The Founding Fathers didn’t envision an “auto pilot”. It is incumbent on citizens to stand up for their country.
If you remember the story of the “Little Red Hen” then the analogy will be clear. You can be a barnyard resident who has something better to do than aid her in the task, or you can be the little red hen who steps up and completes the task without help. Which will you be as your country needs you?

Glen can have the key to my city. Matter of fact, I believe he should be given the key to every city, especially Chicago.

With one of the enemy's advance MIGs downed, pilot ejected, and all our fighters back safely, a post-mission de-brief back at the base:
Cognizant of it or not, IRONICALLY, AND THIS WILL DRIVE SENATOR OBAMA BONKERS, WE TOOK WHOLE SECTIONS OUT OF SAUL ALINSKY'S BOOK AND APPLIED IT WITH GREAT SUCCESS IN VAN JONES' CASE.
I wholeheartedly recommend we perfect these tactics and adopt them in the next cases: Mark, Cass, Valerie and the rest of the whole rotten statist, elitist crew in D.C. (and their replacements if they don't get the message the first time we, the People, are serious).
Sound familiar?:
Rule 5: Ridicule is mans most potent weapon. Its hard to counterattack ridicule, and it infuriates the opposition, which then reacts to your advantage.
Rule 6: A good tactic is one your people enjoy. If your people arent having a ball doing it, there is something very wrong with the tactic.
Rule 7: A tactic that drags on for too long becomes a drag. Commitment may become ritualistic as people turn to other issues.
Rule 8: Keep the pressure on. Use different tactics and actions and use all events of the period for your purpose. The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition. It is this that will cause the opposition to react to your advantage.
Rule 10: The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative. Avoid being trapped by an opponent or an interviewer who says, Okay, what would you do?
Rule 11: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, polarize it. Dont try to attack abstract (socialist organizations) or bureaucracies. Identify a responsible individual. Ignore attempts to shift or spread the blame.

Start working down the list. This administration and the members of Congress who support it are despotic. It’s now or never.

I read through about half of the 120, or so comments at the site. I would have expected more opposition to Beck on such a left leaning site like Politico. In fact, though, the overwhelming majority of the comments supported Beck.
I was also surprised at the poor grammar of the comments opposing Beck. It was almost as if the opposition was foreign born with only rudimentary English training.

God Bless Glenn Beck.
Rush was like this during Gulf War 1 and into the Early Clinton years. As much as I like Rush, I’m afraid that Back has more impact.

I’m with you on using their rules and tactics back on them. What is the appropriate response when someone asks, “what would you do?”. I was asked that last Wednesday by a MoveOn reporter. So I told him competition, tort reform, denying illegals all healthcare except in life threatening cases.
