More seriously, I think it's a violation of the 2nd Amendment to deprive non-violent felons of the Right to Bear Arms (but the Heller decision leaves this an open question.)

If his sentence is completed he should be armed imo.
If he is not trustworthy enough to carry a weapon he shouldn’t be free.

I think he still has three years of probation to go.
In Ohio will he still be prevented from having a shotgun or rifle once he's finished that? (wondering out loud)
Will be sure to try to catch Gretta's show on Friday when he's on.
