Of course you have faith that a tool you have will work tomorrow, elsewise, you wouldn't plan projects and pick up that tool and try to use it.

Every one has faith in things. It's a matter of what the faith is in.

If you believe that science can lead to the truth and is reliable and consistent, that is exhibiting faith, in spite of the fact that theories in science change by the day and what is accepted science today, won't be tomorrow, or next week, or next year.
