PS Mr. Socialist is trying to play the victim. Our little spat didn’t come out of nowhere. The newb began insulting me from the first time he ever replied to one of my threads. Here’s an example. You will also note his rank ignorance of the difference between operational and historical/origins science on the same thread.

I would say that, in this exchange, he isn’t playing the victim, he has been pwned fair and square, because he played a bad bluff with the “donate to FR” attack.
After that, there was really no way he could win the battle.

Heh, he doesn’t exactly seem to have the whole gentleman thing down yet.
Who knows, if he can manage to grow enough skin to participate without resorting to spit wads, he just might learn something useful.
I have my suspicions, but I’m willing to give him a small benefit of the doubt for now and see what he wants to make of it.
Stay frosty!

So I chased down GGG's example from the very link he posted, and I found the post from socialismislost. I quote it here completely for all to read:
"no it can not. There is no such thing as a historical science. There is history describing science. Archeology can never be used to understand Alexandar the Great in a historical sense, and the same argument for the other sciences you have listed. Paleontology can never reconstruct the physical past as dinosaurs existed millions of years ago. You are purposefully defining history with science. If your argument was correct, paleontology would be able to reconstruct a physical dinosaur with the same conditions that it existed millions of years ago. History describes the past. Science explains it. You continue post after post to equate the two words."
Where are the INSULTS? Where are the PERSONAL ATTACKS? Where is the inappropriate language? This reads to me like a DIFFERENCE OF OPINION REGARDING NOMANCLATURE.
You'll need to grow a thicker skin, if this is the best example you can cite for insulting posts...

The newb began insulting me from the first time he ever replied to one of my threads. As you mentioned, I have been following your threads, and from what I can tell, about half the posters try to insult you on each and every thread.
Kinda goes with the territory.
