While an administration official told ABC News that controversial White House official Van Jones signature on a 2004 petition suggesting that the Bush administration let 9/11 happen in order to justify war was because he did not carefully review the language in the petition, another link between Jones and the Truther Movement has emerged...
... in March 2002, a march in San Francisco was called to demand a congressional inquiry into 9/11. Jones was on the "organizing committee."

I would like to share your optimism, but he is part of the now protected class....the rules have changed. He is now the voice of the powers that be for this administration. This is the CHANGE that they had been waiting for.

Think Biden will fire him being that he is IN CHARGE cause the long legged mack daddy is on vacation?

I think Jake Tapper might be the last real reporter in DC.

We're going to start a pool on how long before Van Jones is thrown under the bus as he resigns....

Their tracking polls show them, analyzing coast-to-coast viewership, they will lose even more of an audience in droves if they dont start being responsibile and reporting the news and stop giving Obama this 100% idolizing pass on everything. At the end of the day, it is viewership. They see Fox and the internet soaring, and see these Tea Parties taking off. I think CBS and NBC will be late to table. CNN may never get there, they are so Bolshevist. Heck even Bob Beckel said the guy is BAD NEWS and is a big mistake and needs to be ushered OUTTA THERE.
One thing I will enjoy is Van Jones back in Berkeley mouthing off about the cracker-controlled Obama Administration to high heaven if he gets canned, really riling up the extreme left wing. That skinhead haircut and nice European suit never did fool me. The guy looked much more natural in a Che T Shirt and with a red Hugo beret.

Since it is obvious the Jones was vetted by the Secret Service and the FBI, as are all White House employees, SOMEBODY high in the Obama administration must have overruled the vetting and ordered his hiring. Whoever this person this is, he too must go! We must demand an investigation to root out these radicals before they do more damage.

but it will be a tactical and psychological victory for our side, and open up the line for us to attack even more of his questionable nominees and keep this thing brewing all the way into the 2010 elections, causing Obama’s numbers to dive even more. this is significant.

I believe this is more a result of Glenn Beck calling the State Run Media exactly what they are.
They appear not wishing to prove him right.

That is it, you got it! Bingo, deener. That is where this is a much bigger issue, actually a national security failure in a sense. What Republican Congressmen will speak up and demand WHO HIRED HIM WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THIS BACKGROUND.

Agreed! I think it’s great on that front...it also is breaking into some of the MSM, so maybe more Americans will have their eyes opened. I just don’t expect Obama to curb his enthusiasm for Marxists and Communists surrounding him even though he got “caught.”
To: pennboricua
I think Obama is pi/sing a bit down his pant legs at this time, because it may well point to him personally, with the dossier of evidence on this Czar, pre-hire, and still hiring him regardless.
At the White House, this shows either incredible structurally incompetent, managerial ineptitude, OR, they are soul mates on the same sheet politically. It will be interesting to have the President explain to us, which of the two it is.
What a ruined vacation. Sucks to be him.

He should be tried for treason with this background in my opinion.
To: KeatsforFirstDog
No, he certainly won’t change his spots. But we can sure, through the power of Internet and alternative media, send him to a corner for awhile at least, tail between his legs, head down, sullen look, and a drip drip drip of urine clear across the kitchen floor.

I agree this is very significant, especially with another SCOTUS opening on the horizon. Moonbats like this will make it near impossible for Zero to nominate people like Cass Sunstein and Alcee Hastings. It also gives great political cover for Republicans to assail these people - and other Marxist candidates - as “Van Jones” repeats, without sounding paranoid.
