True, but elections are different than polls. You need to be able to campaign, you need to be able to get the vote out, you need to secure big donors and raise cash from lots of different sources, you need to have seasoned political people around you. I’m not saying Tarkanian doesn’t have that, it’s just that his record doesn’t indicate so. Also, I definitely want the most conservative possible candidate that can win, so no disagreement on that. Let’s wait and see what Sue Lowden has to say about her views and philosophy.
