There is another video of some socialist using this line, about general welfare (the one of the guy with the yellow glasses who was a conservative posing as a socialist--can't think of his name).

Was it Jason Mattera (spokesman for Young America's Foundation)? I think I saw that video clip on Sean Hannity's show on Fox News.

Yes. that was the one. They have obviously been told to point that out to anyone who says the Constitution does not specify free health care provided by the government. I can think of other passages of the Constitution that might be spoken back at them.
