When we have a judiciary that is working in tandem with or is complicit with a person or body who desires to override the constitution, We the People have lost our constitutional protections.

Since the beginning of this administration; and granted for decades prior, we have watched as our judiciary has allowed the constitution to be shoved aside, stretched, mangled or ignored. The USSC, our ultimate authority of law has done virtually nothing to protect the rights of the citizen or to hold an out of control legislature in check.

The takeover of private industry, Czars running roughshod over the rights of citizens, censorship, bailouts, intrusions into the private affairs of citizens and private business; and that is just a small sample. The judiciary has allowed the Feds to go miles past the limits clearly defined our founding document.

You ask how it’s possible to take over the US? Simple, have a complicit judiciary.

The American people have lost the protector of our rights leaving it to us, the citizens, to reign in both an out of control legislature and the judiciary. We the people have in many ways very little power.

As example:

We can not remove a sitting Supreme Court justice or any appointed Federal Judge.

At the state level, it’s nearly impossible to remove an appointed judge and only through elections can we remove others.

There are no provisions in the Constitution to enable the citizens to remove a sitting Senator or Congressman except through elections. We are seeing today what damage can be done until We The People have the opportunity to vote the “bums” out. We are also seeing the ramifications of a party in complete control that has allowed their members to walk freely away from corruption charge after corruption charge. We have also watched as they have tried to destroy member of the opposition party, both politically and personally with full impunity.

So I ask you, with a complicit judiciary, one political party in charge of both houses of congress - just how does the Constitution prevent a take-over of the US?

The Constitution itself does not. The Constitution is just an old piece of parchment that is incapable of independent action of and by itself....the only good it can do is if the People it was written for read it, clearly understand it, and realize they already have the means to act on what it says.

The Constitution gives American Citizens a magnificent and focused tool to use, should they ever decide matters are seriously wrong enough to require picking it up.

That “tool” that the Founding Fathers gave us is outlined in the Second Amendment. In my view it was written as a means for us to protect ourselves from the Government, should we ever decide that things are so seriously wrong that we need to solve the root problem ourselves.

The only question remaining my friend, has that time arrived quite yet? And if it has, how shall we proceed??
