That's already been done:
Oh, I know it’s been introduced. But no one mentions it. Obama knows it’s too early. He has to win re-election first. Early in the second term would be the time to push for it. When the media start talking about it, and it actually starts moving through committee and onto the floor, so it can be sent to the states, that is the time I am referring to. And, as in Honduras, if it doesn’t get ratified, look for libs to argue that he should be able to run anyway, because the people want it. One more vote on the Supreme Court would allow that to happen.
