Personally, my bets are that OBOZO has become sufficiently deranged with his perceived power, that he will make his closest Friend, Ally, Mentor and Ghostwriter, William Ayers, the New CIA DIRECTOR by decree!......:-(
My guess is that he'll simply appoint a CIA Czar. Probably William Ayers. No congressional approval required. Ayers would make Czar No. 58 or so.
