While I wouldn’t put it past them, this appears to be an internet hoax. More likely, I would expect them to implement interlocking pieces of legislation as riders to other bills.

HR 45 exists (the link in the other post was broken), introduced in January, and referred to committee. I would be surprised if similar measures were NOT introduced in each recent session of Congress. Congress is a dedicated enemy of freedom. So are the federal courts, when it comes to the 2nd amendment - they are completely corrupt on a legal and intellectual level. I'd love for Beck to pick up a recent 2nd amendment case (Hamblen comes to mind) and show how the Feds have been corrupting binding precedent.

If I said to someone that in 2001 the World Trade Center would be leveled by muslim terrorists flying our own planes, I would've been laughed at and called names.

If I said that a figure head for a group which hates America would seize control of the United States, loot it's treasury, take over it's banks and large businesses, and put the country in a position to be given to it's enemies on a silver platter, I would've been laughed at and called names.
