hmmm..now how the hell will Obama blame Bush on his falling numbers?
He'll just say that Bush created such a terrible mess that no one could fix it - that he's trying, but it will take a very long time. Then he'll start all sorts of investigations into Bush Administration practices. And he'll start crying that the American people are spoiled and childish and expect instant gratification and are unwilling to make sacrifices. Then he'll start quoting the Bible - maybe some Old Testament prophet - to show how sinful we have become, under the demonic Bush. (He may even borrow some stuff from Jeremiah Wright.)
Oh, that's an easy one. He'll say he inherited negative perceptions of the Presidential office, and that the Bush presidency was so bad that not even HE can turn things around quickly enough for the public.
He won’t blame Bush, the MSM will.
