according to the mother, they did not lure the scumbag to the park:

This man had been trying to lure my daughter by offering her up to $200.00 and promising her a part in his movie. My daughter without us knowing went to meet this man at the park and only by the grace of God did we make it there before this man got our child. Yes he did try to flee when I tried to stop him because I thought my daughter was in the car. He Hit her dad with his car and slammed into my car to get away. Once her dad realized she was not in the car, we did keep him there until the police arrived. According to the police the man had a video camera, condoms, and lube in the car. He is right where he belongs.......As for Us I just know we did do the right thing......He is in jail......Not Dead.",
