My favorite scene in Death Wish is when Bronson is outside the hospital with his sissy son-in-law after visiting his comatose daughter. Charlie says something like “What do you call a man who does nothing when somebody comes into his home and violates his family?” and the son-in-law says “c..Civilized” in his best liberal whimper. Bronson shoots him this glance that says “I can’t believe I let my kid marry this wuss” and walks away.
Yep. Then you knew Chuck was going to do what neded to be done.
IIRC though, in real life, Bronson was a big anti-gunner.
