As I've written elsewhere, this is the ace-up-the-sleev that has encouraged their condescension towards the Americans speaking out.

Their plan is to grant amnesty (AND THE VOTE) to app. 10-20 million people, easily enough to replace the independents, moderates and more conservative Dems that voted this admin in.
