Has anyone ever seen a healthy looking vegetarian? They always look wan and sickly to me. The ones I've known have always been downright fat or overweight -- many of them make the mistake of doubling up on the cheese, extra helpings of tofu (which is very high fat) and go carb crazy.

I knew a very rotund Vegan who ate at least two pounds of chocolate every day. I knew another Vegan that looked like an Auschwitz non-survivor and who had children who were emaciated and jaundiced. Both insisted that they were living very healthy lifestyles. I wanted to sneak the kids a bacon cheese burger through the wire.

Instead of a program where we sell "Carbon credits", how about a program where people can sell "Carb credits"? For every 3,500 calories that you don't consume, you can sell those calories to some fat person who wants to eat more.

I know this one who buys pepperoni pizza and calls herself a vegetarian because she picks the pepperonis off. Excuse me, is she planning on gluing the pieces back together to make a pig? Throwing the poor pig in the garbage is waaay worse than eating it.
