‘Hey Everyone—I know we have Second Amendment rights, but don’t you think actions like this might be inflammatory?’
My questions is, does it matter if it’s inflammatory? I never thought of our Rights as things that should be cherished unless it ‘looks bad’. As far as winining over the average moderate, we now have had a few instances where armed citizens were in the vicinity of townhall meetings, and they behaved wonderfully. That’s good PR, IMO.
I would also commend the Secret Service and the local LEO’s for handling the situations effectively so far.
