When Baraq first started giving speeches as POTUS, I did a bit of commentary on FR about his head flip frequency.
Then I forgot about it, noticed someone’s comments on FR today, and started again.
Anybody can do it with a watch having seconds display.
Like a lot of forms of body language, I think it can be used to infer stress level.
Baraq was pretty stressed today with the VFW audience.
When he speaks to ACORN or one of his stacked town hall crews, the flip frequency is much lower.
Maybe TOTUS is just jerking him around?
I watch for stuff like that, too. Blink rate can also be illuminating.
