The black community opposes gay marriage for the most part until Obama say’s he’s for it. Then the black community will fight tooth and nail for gay marriage and call anyone a racist that opposes it.
That is the truth of what we’re looking at here.
I'm "hoping" that at least 20% of the black community in 2012 realizes this clown is doing nothing for them and also that they (and their children) are being denied opportunity by his destructive economic policies, not to mention his attack on the traditions and institutions that made this country great.
I'm not holding my breath, though.
I agree with you completely. I post a lot of things on my Facebook page, where I have over 500 friends (people that I actually know). On Saturday morning, I posted an article about the issue of death panels - it was the interview Obama did where he discussed needing to have an independent panel of experts in science, medicine, and ethics who could make tough choices that politcians can’t make. I pointed out that that sounds a lot like a “death panel” and challenged anyone to tell me why Sarah Palin was wrong to say what she did, especially in light of the people Obama surrounds himself with.
Of course, I had a few takers. One just called SP “crazy” and “narcissistic” without giving any specifics, other than to say “do you really think that Congress would implement something so Orwellian?” LOL
Another is concerned about his wife’s illness, and he and I are having a rational, reasoned debate about the issue of healthcare reform.
The third - she called Sarah Palin “the devil” and spouted off about how awful it is in this country that we call good evil and evil good. She then said something about Obama “putting on the whole armor of God” for the fight that is ahead of him. This was my answer to her:
“If I’m reading this right, you’re saying that Barack Obama, who believes in abortion on demand at all stages of pregnancy including partial birth abortion and refused to even support the Born Alive Infant Protection Act, who spent 20 years under the “preaching” of the race-baiting, America-hating “Reverend” Jeremiah Wright, who has been to church maybe once since he was elected President, is somehow on the side of good. Since it doesn’t appear that such a position will ever be reconciled with my view of what is good and what is evil, I’m afraid we’ll have to agree to disagree on that. “
Her answer? In effect - her answer was “it’s a black thing - you wouldn’t understand.” Here’s what she said:
“The day you’ve walked in a black man’s shoes and walk the walk, than you can talk the talk. We than will be able to continue this conversation. “
Crazy, huh?
Blacks detest “Sissies” and no matter what Obama says, he cuts his own throat with this kind of talk. When Flip Wilson did his Geraldine shtick years ago, whites loved it while blacks were hoping he'd do a Steven Tyler, fall off the stage and break his neck.
You are right number 11.
I’m inclined to believe that is the case, sadly.
