"Legal?" Sure, Congress seated the man without any question as to whether or not dual citizenship is an impediment. "Constitutional?" On the record, as far as I'm concerned, Obama was and is not eligible.
FWIW, that makes me a different species of birther. I think it (my reasoned conclusion) is worth spit, in that it will not change history. But I am of very firm personal conviction that I am correct on the con-law point, SCOTUS Wong Kim Ark case in mind, and all that.
