Decoupling health insurance by making the cost tax neutral for people with employer-paid or without employer-paid programs would go a long way to making the entire system more cost effective, because people would be more vested in spending health insurance and health care dollars more wisely.
Yes, I have read it. It makes entirely too much sense, so it will have an almost impossible chance of gaining any traction.
