People need some kind of advice about dealing with the end stage, if they don’t already know and understand what is involved. How do we get this to them safely?

This already exists. What planet do you live on that you don't know that? You can talk to your doctor anytime about end of life, but it is not mandated and it is not used to force old people into early suicide, which is what this "wonderful" house bill intends to do.

I am not that sure how good doctors are about bringing up these issues if the patient does not raise them. For people with limited education or who are in denial about the seriousness of their situation, they might not do that.

Does anyone out here have some real life experience with how well this is accomplished under current conditions?
