1st Amendment: doctor/patient conversation is private and unlimited; gov’t cannot tell you who you can/can’t talk to. Gov’t cannot penalize you for NOT participating.
4th Amendment: gov’t has no business demanding, under police power threat, your health & bank info without a warrant.
You get the idea.
Too bad many of the 535 + 9 + 1 have the vaguest concept of either of those.
If it doesn’t increase THEIR power, most are not interested.
I specifically exempt Judges Thomas & Scalia from this statement. They seem to be the only men left on the court with any sense or remembrance of the US Constitution.
