I seriously doubt that 69% of likely voters are rats. Conservatives tend to be more diligent about voting. The last election was an exception because ostammer is black so the blacks turned out in record number to vote for him. I guess having their electric bill double and not being able to get squat for medical care is fine, as long as the ax is being wielded by a black man. Maybe that mentality is why it was and is so easy for them to be captured by other blacks to be sold into slavery.
