Uh dude, did you see posted anywhere that a COLB is acceptable?

I have yet to see it anywhere.

The State Department says the following:
*A certified birth certificate has a registrar's raised, embossed, impressed or multicolored seal, registrar’s signature, and the date the certificate was filed with the registrar's office, which must be within 1 year of your birth. Please note, some short (abstract) versions of birth certificates may not be acceptable for passport purposes.

And yes we want to impeach the information on the COLB like calling the father African, which is not nor has ever been a category or description of race.

Moreover, why didn't Barry present one of the two we know he already has?

the one he found among his mother's belonging
the one he used to obtain his passport and to get into college

Where are they and why go to the trouble of producing another document that is incomplete?

I think a (real) Hawaii Certification-OLB does indeed have a registrar’s signature on the back, so it could be used for a passport...

“Uh dude, did you see posted anywhere that a COLB is acceptable?”

******************

Uh, dude, did you see anything saying that Hawaiians with COLB’s couldn’t get passports? I think Hawaiians would be fightin’ mad by now since after 2001, it’s all that Hawaii has issued. If true, it’d be more likely to get attention than “Man with Hawaiian COLB gets passport.”

See any State Dept. advisories that Hawaii COLB’s are unacceptable? Or do you expect a State Dept. advisory that “Hawaii COLB’s are acceptable”?

That’s like the when the pushers of the “Pakistan travel ban” story couldn’t provide any evidence but were demanding evidence that travel to Pakistan wasn’t bannned.

Downthread there’s a mention of the fact that California COLB’s were unacceptable. California had a software glitch, since corrected, and California COLB’s issued since then are acceptable.

It’s halfway through the first quarter and birthers have been pushing the same discredited stories over and again and haven’t gained a single yard. I’d suggest trying something different:
