However in the Letter the Ethics Committee stated that red flags should have triggered closer consideration of a loan named: VIP and compelled them to find out what that stood for, as both played dumb as well as did not know Angelo..was just a quicker loan, that's all.

Also stated was at the conclusion
the Committee has never offered any guidance to securing like loans.

Just like Insider Trading (early awareness of deals)
in Washington has no rules or regulations.

When Martha went to jail...those rules did not pertain to the Washington government insider. Just like health care offered taxpayers(and non taxpayers) will not be shared by GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES.

Dodd’s money comes from the outside, not within the state. Just doesn't seem right somehow. I tend to believe, Dodd will not be down to a celebratory breakfast the morning after the elections.
