Raila Odinga has, in his own words, a “close personal friendship” with Barrack Hussein Obama. When Obama went to Kenya in August of 2006, he was hosted by Raila and spoke in praise of him at rallies in Nairobi. Obama’s bias for his fellow Luo was so blatant that a Kenya government spokesman denounced Obama during his visit as Raila’s “stooge.”
Months ago there was a lot of stuff on FR about 0bama’s communications with Raila Odinga, advising him about tactics and so on.
0bama was very complicit from what I remember.
I don't recall whether I read or heard of transcriptions of recordings of Obama talking with Odinga, anticipating the civil unrest they were planning should Odinga lose the elections. The unrest worked - Obama is a shrewd and ruthless politician - forcing the winner, Kibaki, to share power with Odinga, making Odinga prime minister.
The Reuters videos of Obama campigning in Kenya with Odinga were on European television last fall. A document which Odinga never denyed signing was published revealing an agreement Odinga had made, while consulting with Barack, with radical Muslims to “re-write the Constitution of Kenya to recognize Sharia as the only true law” within six months of his winning the election. Sound familiar?
