The forger of the Kenyan BC broke no laws.

Actually if the forger provided the document to Orly and made a representation that it was authentic and knew that Orly was going to submit that document to the court and to incur expenses related to authenticating it, then the forger would clearly be liable for treble damages for fraud and possibly be guilty of criminal fraud.

I understand Orly may have traveled all the way to England to attempt to authenticate this document. If she did, then Orly could sue the forger for treble damages. She is a lawyer and lawyers don't like to be had.

I am not an attorney and I was not fooled by the alleged Kenyan BC.

And, I would assume that most objective people would be no more fooled by the Kenyan BC than they would have been Monopoly money.

Moreover, the obvious inaccuracies in the document make it so it does not purport to be a document of any country that existed at the time it was allegedly issued.

I'm still not sure that that's true with a photo, but even assuming it is, there are a lot of "ifs" in that statement.

Actually IF the forger provided the document to Orly and [IF he] made a representation that it was authentic and [IF he] knew that Orly was going to submit that document to the court and [IF he knew that she was] to incur expenses related to authenticating it, THEN the forger would clearly be liable for treble damages for fraud and possibly be guilty of criminal fraud.

Orly's overseas trip was scheduled at least a few weeks ago before she filed this document. She did not fly all the way to England to authenticate it. She had a layover there on the way to Israel, before going on to Moldava.
