Proof can only come from the evaluation of the document that Orly presented, to the court.
More to the point, it appears that the Australian BC WAS a hoax!
I have practiced law in federal courts for 31 years. You can't just waltz into court with a photo of a document, without saying where you got it, and ask the court to take action based on it (even to take discovery into its genuineness). You have to, at a minimum, show where it came from (something Orly doesn't say in her motion) and present enough evidence to suggest that it at least might be genuine before the court will do anything.
