I don’t think the KF Lavender argument is valid. Orly Taitz herself publicly asked for data on an EF Lavender. She would have access to the original document/photo/whatever.
And she may have asked for that data before the doc was released and therefore before it could have been tainted. But I don’t know if that’s the case.
Can you be trusted?lol
Thanks, I know, it's hard to keep on top of it all
The PACER version has a fold going through the word “hospital” in the upper right part of the page that I would call an “outie”. In the crumpled picture, the same fold is an “innie”
Technical talk, you know...
Photoshop uses layers only during the image editing process.
Not exactly true, you can by mistake or design save a layered image intact for further processing of each individual layer. I do it regularly.
Well said! I agree. Still here!
thank god I finally know ;o)
What if he is located outside the US?
If you look at both images of the Kenyan birth certificate (Orly's vs "punked"), there are inconsistency, particularly with the creases, smudge and staple hole.
Like I said before...
Just like this one for George Washington:
“wasn’t he supposed to share some blockbuster story. . .”
LOL. This was it.
There is still some overlooked evidence that will be important — whether this is a forgery or not.
Late on Aug 2, when this was all new, someone started an account on Wikimedia Commons by the name of User:Sygs99. This User:Sygs99 then uploaded an image called photocopy.jpg. An IP account based in Zoetermeer, Netherlands then tried to insert this same image into the appropriate English wikipedia article, though it didn’t last long there. The image was still visible on Commons until the 4th., when it was deleted by an admin there.
As far as I can tell, nobody else but me even looked at this image. It is a completely different document to the “Certified Copy of Registration of Birth” - this one is titled “Birth Certificate” - although all the info on it is the same as on the “Certified Copy...”, including the page number ref, and even Mr. Oduya’s name as registrar. At the bottom it says “Price: Ten Shillings”.
Now unfortunately I didn’t get this image on my hd (I have looked in cache and can’t get it from Firefox)... There seems to be no copy of it available anywhere on the net at the moment.
The only people who can see this other document now would be the uploader, or anyone with an admin level account on Wikimedia Commons can see it.
Is there someone who knows how to get a friendly admin on commons to take a look?
If genuine, it would be corroborating evidence. If a forgery, it would be evidence as to who’s behind this.
If you are referring to Dr. Taitz, you’re wrong. She didn’t “pass one off” to a court, she asked for authentication.
Pretty glib for a n00b, aren’t you?
Knowing nothing of forensics, but having extensive experience of family history and certificates, I took the usual route.
First established fact is that David Jeffrey Bomford exists and lives in Southern Australia. He is middle-aged. Next he has Alaric Robert Hubert Bomford as a father. His mother (now deceased) was Doreen Betty Bomford (formerly Loxton. She is 31 years at his birth in 1959.
The records at her interment in 2002, state her husband is "Al" Bomford and among her children is David. These are records held at Houghton cementery, in Australia.
My reasoning (sans forensics) is this. Since we have a live David Jeffrey Bomford of Australia; at his birth, just what would the registrar have entered- other than the certificate we have seen?
The Aussie fake was discounted in a short time.
>>> I for one had a great time reading and posting to the various threads. It’s fun watching the FR Investigative Engine get revved up and really cranking.
yeah... Orly should have posted that pic here before making a fool out of herself. I still can’t believe she filed a motion like that with only a photo to go on. THAT part IS embarrassing.
Someone should tell her to try vetting stuff here next time if they havn’t already.

I agree,
He and his pal got zotted because they were trolls, just as you are a troll.
In fact, you may be one or both of them. People aren’t zotted here without merit.
