Why are they comparing a 1961 birth certificate to a 1964 Certificate of Birth?

The Zanzibar issue is not even relevant because Mombasa had been a Kenyan city by lease for 75 years. Zanzibar did not claim legal authority over that city, only as legal deed holder.
