Kenya became independent on 12 DEC 1963, and was actually called the ‘Dominion of Kenya’ with Queen Elizabeth II as the official head of state. She was represented by Governor General Malcom MacDonald. On 12-Dec 1964 the Republic of Kenya was declared, and the first head of state was Jomo Kenyatta who ruled until his death in 1978. So it's not BS, Kenya didn't become an official republic until 1964, though they did establish their Constitution in 1963. So if 0 was born in 1961, that would be 2 years before their independence from Brittan.

I don't doubt there were references to a republic in 1963, but the official date of the republics bargaining was 12-DEC-1964. You called BS on another Freeper who stated that and it wasn't.

I wasn't claiming the document to be real or fake, I have no idea if it is or not. SIGH!! We really need to focus on defeating O’s Marxist agenda, this issue isn't going to take him down.
