Don’t go by what I say. It would only be true if looking for two different entries in the same country. I doubt that Kenya and S.A. would have used the same book......unless they somehow were kept in Britain.

This is the part I was referring to..

If this were true, then the two B.C.’s could have the same book and page reference.

Just one more piece to the puzzle.

Kenya and South Australia would definitely not be using the same book. Similar certificates, possibly. But separate registries. Constitutionally, it’s a state by state issue for Australia.
