Here is the link to my first post on the subject.
Looking at the Bomford document and then the one's naturalman posted above, it's quite glaring the pixel blocking around much of the type in the Bomford doc. I don't see it in the others. Enlarge the various documents 400 to 600 percent and have a look see.

Yeah. I have done that and honestly I can’t really draw any conclusions from it.
It is tough to tell on and photo although it does seem to stand out.

A note to all forgery DUrkas: scan your documents in grayscale, make your changes, then change back to RGB. Then you won't have all those telltale colorful pixels revealing your blocked-in layers.
