That’s interesting (hypothyroid connection).....never knew that....I’m hypo....and have LOW Vit D levels.

B12 deficiencies are very common in hypos too.

I’m hypo and deficient in vitamin B6 of all things.

Oh-and iron deficiency is common in hypos too.

I had not heard that before. Do you have any articles about low vitamin D and hypothyroid? My daughter has both. In fact, her D levels were so low that her doctor put her on a whopping huge dose for about a month. It made me worry a bit, but now several months later, her D levels are low again! It does make you wonder if some people’s bodies don’t “hang onto” D as they ought. Storage problem? Absorption problem? I wonder...
