You can use

wget -O abc.pdf 'https://share.acrobat.com/adc/src/Pacer+Obama+Kenyan+COLB.pdf?nodeId=adc629e5-d94b-4bab-8988-13d274db22a1'

and it will come in as the file abc.pdf.

I did that, but the abc.pdf file is HTML and contains some javascript to do some flash stuff.
