Let's be a little more precise. It is a photo of an original or purported original, saved as a JPEG. The fact that is was saved as a JPEG is unfortunate because it makes it difficult to analyze. Even lossier JPEGS were created early Sunday AM, one of which started this entire thread. JPEG is not our friend.

Actually, it is a jpg file inserted into a pdf document filed with the Federal Court in the Central District of California.

When you look a the original pdf file, all of this nonsense about “K” and “6” goes away.
