you sure she has a ‘physical copy’?
I thought it was just the image
sorry I see the wnd story does say she has a ‘copy’
I am certain of it, but lord knows which post this was in. I will have to run back and find it if I want to provide the link and I have work to do yet tonight. So, arrf.
But, Orly couldn't submit the document as evidence if it wasn't physically in her possession. An image of a document is useless in any court in the US.
The text I read also stated it had been examined by a document examiner. This person wouldn't be able to attest to the data printed on the document but they would be able to rule out modern printing, and have an opinion of the age of the paper and whether it had been artificially aged.
I am sure anyone would do this first, would Orly? I would guess yes. But, still, you have to check the rest and she is. What can you say.
I thought it was just the image
The Federal Court has it.
