The arms in your post are the 1984 version of the arms, not the 1936 version. The arms were changed in 1984 to match the badge on the flag of South Australia (I presume).

What I’m thinking is that the image of the BC that was posted early on Orly Taitz’s site was not the same image posted on the original FR thread. I could be wrong but there are FReepers who are remembering a different reference number 47644, instead of 47044.
