Actually, it is accurate. Just because you're not behind a "Google Safe Browsing"-enabled firewall or running the Safe Browsing toolbar in Firefox doesn't mean that they're not blocking it. It appears possible that her site has been hacked in some way.

The source of the problem is interesting - it's a Chinese website: "1 domain(s) appear to be functioning as intermediaries for distributing malware to visitors of this site, including security-alerts.cn/"
