I'm not negating anything. It appears that you either don't understand or don't appreciate that "natural-born" is NOT DEFINED in the Constitution. In Minor and Wong Kim Ark, Chief Justice Waite and Justice Gray, respectively, analyzed English common law and came to the same conclusion that given certain conditions, a child born on U.S. soil is a natural-born citizen of the United States. Obama has met these conditions.
