Just an FYI in response to:
"One possible remedy is to return to the status quo ante and rerun the elections. That would mean Bush and Cheney return to office, their Cabinet returns to office, the 1000 page legislative bills are rescinded, and all executive decisions from January 20, 2009 are rendered null and void.

That is, if Bush and/or Cheney choose to return. With the MSM media storm this would entail, they can be hardly blamed if their choice is to walk away. One may hope."

Article II, Section 1:
Clause 6: In Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said Office, (See Note 9) the Same shall devolve on the Vice President, and the Congress may by Law provide for the Case of Removal, Death, Resignation or Inability, both of the President and Vice President, declaring what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly, until the Disability be removed, or a President shall be elected.

Yes I would guess that Obama had absolutely no idea that something like this was out there.

Yes, I saw them...but the earlier issues of their stamps all said only “Kenya.” This doc we’re dealing with is dated February 1964. The nation became a republic in December 1964. I’m sure they were cooking it up all year, and certainly would have prepared commemorative stamps in anticipation of the newly instituted “republic.” Nevertheless, it isn’t very logical to have been putting it on their official forms ten months earlier, when they didn’t put it on their currency or stamps or anything else I could turn up.
They might have anyway. I hope so. If not, that’s a damn good fake they got there. All those numbers and names on it, to confirm or not. That realistic old type. What self-respecting forger would foul up the name of the country on an otherwise ingenious fraud?
Just show us similar docs with “Republic of Kenya” and I’m a believer.

I challenge you to find a single mention of the word republic in the original 1963 constitution link I provided to you

I searched the document for "republic" (not case sensitive) three times and found nothing.

I've since found the word used twice. On page 9, it refers to the "Republic of Ireland". On page 12 it refers to the "Republic of Cyprus". The searches turned up neither of these usages.

Unless my .pdf search problem is unique to my machine, it's hard to say the word "republic" is nowhere in the document unless you've read all 161 pages of it.

Cunningham is dead set on saying that the birth announcement in the newspaper is proof!

He shut a birther caller down by bringing this up, and the birther was speechless, and wanted to move on to health care.

Someone needs to call Bill and let him know the facts about the announcement!

Except for the Speaker of the House and president Pro Tempore of the Senate, all of the rest are appointed by the (acting) President.

If we have to go beyond Sheets Byrd, the Republic is truly lost.

I also found a number of anomalies that shout, "Forgery." It's a government document saying the birth happened and that a birth certificate exists -- or pretty much like Obama's bogus Hawaiian COLB.

and as such, it's pretty much what one would need to ID a child if one was filing for a divorce from a bogus marriage.

That first document is obviously computerized text overlaid on a paper background. Just compare the wrinkledness of the paper with the straightness of the lines forming the boxes. The Dutch text in the background is humourous.

No one should still be debating the authenticity of the first document.

The second one is a genuine photograph of a document - of some kind. There are questions about it - at this point, I'm agnostic on its authenticity. I'm not at all concerned by the "coincidental" number of 47,044, as it is entirely plausible in light of average population growth/birth rate between 1960 and 1970 of approx. 25,000 births a month over two months (since independence on 10 December 1963). HOWEVER... we need to verify the capacities of E. F. Lavender, M. H. Miller, and Joshua Simon Oduya in February 1964.

Thanks for the link. I missed it earlier.

It looks like it is still a Republic even though it doesn't have Republic in the text of the Constitution.

I see.
Maybe you missed the part where the QUEEN OF ENGLAND is the HEAD OF STATE OF KENYA.

Or the part where the commander in chief and governor general are appointed by the QUEEN OF ENGLAND, dismissable at her whim.
Or the part that talks about parliament including HER MAJESTY.
Or maybe you didn't notice that the consistution doesn't create a PRESIDENT.
Kenya didn't have a president until December 12th, 1964.

A republic is a form of government in which the head of state is not a monarch. Unlike... Kenya between dec 1963 and dec 1964.

If Kenya was already a republic, why did their government and official history list the fact that they only became one on dec 12th 1964?

Wow! You mean that Obama Sr's mom was present for the birth of her own son?

Significance of Mombasa OK, making assumptions that The Prince was born in Mombasa, --why Mombasa?

Mombasa is the 2nd largest city of Kenya. It is the only significant port in Kenya, and the biggest port on the African coast of the Indian Ocean.

1961.....before the DC-8 or the Boeing 707, most long distance intercontinental travelers to underdeveloped countries were still using ship transport, though air transport was growing rapidly.

So there is a very high probablity that Stanley Ann Dunham would have transited Mombasa in traveling to Kenya.

Secondly, where might she find Barack, Sr.? He was a Harvard PhD economist, which means he was a highly placed individual in a dirt-poor country. After Harvard, he ended up as an economist in the Ministry of Transport. Though their tribal lands are in the west, the Luos have a long history with the transportation system in eastern Kenya. In the 1960's, everyhing imported to Kenya entered through Mombasa.

Barack the Elder was Muslim. His tribe, largely Christian. Where would he gravitate to? The Muslim coast.

The Luo tribe provided labor for Mombasa and the Nairobi-Mombasa railroad as far back as the 1890's and were a spark for the AWF (African Worker's Federation) uprisings of the turn of the century.

So, Lots of Luos in Mombasa (the registrar on the supposed Kenyan BC has a last name of "Oduyo", a common Luo surname) especially muslim Luos. It seems like a good location for a man like Barack, Sr., plus it would keep the strange girl away from the tribal homelands and his other wives. And Mombasa has long had great hotels on their beautiful beaches. like Hawaii.
