Have you seen this poster?
Apparently, it's beginning to appear in odd places in Los Angeles, but nobody seems to know who's responsible for it.
Radio host Tammy Bruce posted some pictures of this odd creation at her blog Saturday morning (h/t Pamela Geller) leading me to investigate further.
At this point, all I could find on the subject was an April 25 article from Bedlam Magazine:
A poster of Barack Obama in Heath Ledger-style Joker make-up with the legend 'Socialism' beneath it has been popping up recently on surfaces around L.A. It does not appear to be in the same category as the many benign take-offs on the Shepard Fairey 'Hope' poster, such as the one by Australian James Lillis (more of a straightforward spoof that merely substituted a Shepardized image of Heath Ledger as Joker on the Obama poster).

Huh? Except for the reference to "hand wringer" comment, I don't see anything in your post that even remotely connects to my post to you! What the hell does having your name in or out of circulation, or how you've pointed people in the right direction with regard to examining Obama's past, have anything to do with my response challening you on your being leery that people posting these excellent Joker/Obama posters in L.A. might not know what they're doing? Looks like hand-wringing to me, instead of just sitting back and saying, "Good, some wolves in L.A. are planting good posters to communicate some powerful stuff to millions of people."
On second thought, never mind. I kind of get the feeling that you're more of a shepherd than a wolf.

So the reason you think the Ledger Joker/Obama poster is leftist is "just your 6th sense," eh?
Would that be the same kind of 6th sense I have reading a screenname like "TribalPrincess2U" and thinking "leftist pagan greenie"?
No, I'm not saying you're a leftist pagan greenie -- I'm saying the poster looks "leftist" the same way your screen name does. I don't think it's your "6th sense" at play, but conventional interpretation. Many people see the artsy, blue-jeans way I dress sometimes and assume I'm a Liberal; they're WAY wrong. I knew a guy who looked like stoned-out Peacenick with a pony tail down to his butt, who was actually a very conservative Republican former special forces weapons expert. I've learned: Convention is a faulty guide. So even though you've got a suspiciously liberal-looking screen name, I avoid assumptions because experience tells me looks are often deceiving.

Apparently, it runs in the family.

I've resampled the image so that it prints out in fairly high resolution on a sheet of 8.5 X 11 size paper.
Also fiddled with the text a bit to make for interesting conversation starters; following are some small sized samples:

Plus a few others.
I don't know about you guys, but I'm going to need lots more ink.

I don’t know why they used a comic book villain.

You know this could have another aspect.
The lips depict a throat...and along with those darkened eyes, maybe it was done by a person who is more “into” that sort of “thing”.
Troublemakers come in all religions. Hmmmm, just saying.

Not too clever. Done by a leftist to make the right look bad. I like it. And if you are hoping the MSM to do anything to make the right look "good" then, pack a lunch (and supper). Cause it's gonna be a loooong time for that to happen.

Well, it’s now the lead story on Drudge!
Apparently, Rush also mentioned it this morning...

Actually, as one of those alleged cowards, I think it's a brilliant idea! Go for it! There's an Obama store at Union Station I pass daily. A few of them in D.C. would cause riots.
