I'm sorry, but that's one of the most tortured defenses of an erroneous statement I've ever read. Like I said, it's ludicrous to parse it that way.
count your change linked to several reports that do show that there are ifnact identical processes goign on
Yes, and as I pointed out a couple of times already, "identical processes going on" =/= "identical."
[[I’m sorry, but that’s one of the most tortured defenses of an erroneous statement I’ve ever read. Like I said, it’s ludicrous to parse it that way.]]
What is ludicrous is tryign to assign somethign to pitman that was obviously false- as I said, only a dolt or someoen completely missing hte context of the paragraph could conclude he was so innept that he thought that current thought on the identical nature of LHRH action between mammals and amphibians, and the test results from years ago on the differences between amphibs, reptiles, mammals etc were the same thing, or that pitman ‘mistakenly’ ‘interpreted’ “similar’ as meaning ‘exact’ in that earlier report. Countyourchange pointed you to several articles showing current htought is that mammals and amphibs LHRH process’ are indentical- pitman made hte statement based on current htought, then pointed out that earlier reports ALSO show reptiles, birds etc- the currently held ‘next of kin’, are MORE seperated LHRH-wise than are mammals and amphibs- Again- it takes a serious misunderstandign to interpret the way you folks are, and the hwole issue again is that amphibs and mammals are idneed more identical than our supposed ‘closer kin’ LHRH-wise- which even that earlier report points out- again- shooting holes in the common descent hypothesis
