There has been a lot of exposure already, but they have been able to marginalize it through ridicule.
When the Democrats realize that he is a political liability and close to blowing their perceived lock on Washington, I’m sure there will be some well-connected Democrats that will want to distance themselves for the sake of their own careers. They care about themselves and their own power much more than they care about us. I think a lot of them are beginning to see that he is a liability to them because people are becoming more vocal about their displeasure with the goings on in Washington. We have seen how being vocal about what we don’t like about the healthcare bill stopped its forward momentum. By sticking to the facts, throwing their own words back at them, we can slowly turn his allies more toward self-protection than Obama-protection. Presidents come and go. Senators and Representatives want their power for life, most of them. When he gets on their wrong side, they will drop him in a New York minute!
The protection from the media is beginning to crumble and we are seeing it first with those of lesser importance. Obama’s image is still largely being protected, but questions are starting to be asked, comments made.
When someone like Helen Thomas (NO PICTURES PLEASE!!!!) is upset with the guy and protesting his methods, you know his facade is crumbling, even with the media. NO ONE wants to be on the wrong side of the media. Look at what they did to Sarah Palin! I am outraged that they gave him a pass and skewered her!
