Not if those in power behind the scenes tell her ‘no’. If something was leaked, they would know it was her. Her political career is too important to her - they made her and can break her. Yeah, SOS had to eat some humble pie. Besides, there was no guarantee she would have won even w/a leak. She played it safe, IMO.
There were many Republicans who would have loved to do it...it just doesn’t make sense. Like most conspiracy theories, you really have to suspend disbelief.
