I have no idea where he was born but I've a good sense that it wasn't here. Nothing verifiable has been presented, documentation has been erased or fabricated.

Proof is Obama's not ours.

I’m of the mind that it’s a simple problem of what’s actually on the birth certificate itself. I think Stanley did one of two things...put the “real father” down (meaning the Kenyan guy wasn’t the legend as we know), or identified the Kenyan guy as a British subject. Prior to 86, if you were born of a mixed citizenship situation...you needed to remain in the US for roughly ten years...to fully gain your citizenship. Obama never met that requirement. If Stanly had left the document blank in term’s of the father or his citizenship....then there is no mess to clean up.

As if they wouldn’t celebrate the fact that his father was a Kenyan anyway, whether or not they though Obama was born there. And how would they know where he was born, anway? Who told them, and why haven’t they informed us as well?

What about the newspaper announcements? What possible motivation could they have for announcing the birth of someone over in Kenya as having been born on the islands?

One simple thing 0bama can do to shoot this down in flames - release the Hawaiian long birth certificate. Certificate of live birth is not valid, his sister IIRC clearly born outside of the US has a Hawaiian CLB.

Not one of us would've looked harder at his legitimacy than Hilary Clinton and the entire Clinton smear machine during the Democratic primaries. That magic bullet would've given Hilary the presidency - and yet nada, bupkis.

So what if he was? He needs to show the long form bc just like mac did. By fighting this he is obviously hiding something big and we the public have a right to know what it is. I don’t know where he was born, but I know the controversy isn’t detrimental to the GOP. If it were, network news would be covering the story in an endless loop.

In fact, I think it helps. People are starting to wonder who the hell this guy is they voted for last November, and I think this administration’s policy of duck, dodge, and deflect on this and every issue probably casts some serious doubts in their minds.

Problems with your post...

1. You are badly understating the birther argument when you claim eroneously that "The entire birther argument,(is) that Obama was actually born in Kenya instead of the US". The real birther argument includes: 1) Birthplace, 2) whether he meets "Natural Born Citizen" regardless of place of birth, 3) Whether he renounced his citizenship when he became a citizen of Indonesia, and 4) the failure of any institution to actually check or hold Obama or any other future president or candidate accountable for proof.
2. 84% of people want Obama to show proof. Only liberals think birthers are wackos. Most people agree the President should prove his eligibility.
3. Hilary would have had the same problems obtaining the proof as Conservatives are having now. In fact, Hilary's lawyers complained about Obama vote fraud during the primaries. If Hilary wasn't successful at doing anything about vote fraud, why should we believe she could do anything about eligibility fraud.
4. There are many reasons to continue pursuing this.
   • Ensuring that America remains ruled by the constitution and by law.
   • Protecting America from future foreign usurpers.
   • Ensuring that nobody, not even a freshly elected President is above the law.
   • Limiting the damage that this president does.
   • Protecting the civil rights of those conservatives and "whackos" or what ever else you want to call us, who just want proof that the President is eligible.
   • Outing and Embarrassing the judicial branches that refused to consider the facts and relied on the subject having been "twittered".
   • Finding out what Obama is fighting to hard to conceal.

Your questions are pointless. If Baracks’ own Grandmother and aunt aren’t credible, then who is?

Are you aware there has been some confusion as to which hospital he was actually born in? At one point or another two hospitals have been given credit.

What possible motivation did his grandmother and aunt have?
