Accepted vs Filed (at bottom left of both forms):

Birth as reported by doctor in Hospital?
vs
Birth as reported by mom from Home?

Anyone's guess, but IF it's a home birth, Letters of Testimony from Ann Dunham should accompany a "Certificate of Late Birth", similar to this of a "Certificate of Hawaiian Birth":

BP2, the info on the last COLB seems to be reflecting the information that obama himself wanted it to reflect. Hawaii does that when issuing COLBs that reflect legal name changes or even the race. If obama himself wanted his race to reflect African, that is what they would have stated.
He needed this to estblish his “bonafides” on the black political street.
Hawaii is infamous for hanky panky with these records. Why forge when you can request just about any information you want as loong as YOU are the one requesting it?
I sat and read through every single statute on Hawaiian issued birth docs. They DO THIS as long as you have documentation that proves what you ask. His father WAS African. And it CAN’T be the original info that was on his birth certificate because he changed his name at LEAST twice.

Accepted vs Filed...always more questions than answers.

Regarding the Application for Certificate of Hawaiian Birth:

Is that all it takes? Just a bunch of silly questions and BAM, you’re a citizen?
